This week I am sharing my favorite Microplane. This is great for grating Parmesan cheese, garlic, chocolate for dessert garnishing, citrus zesting and a lot of other tasks. This is the microplane that I reach for almost exclusively for cooking. This particular one is stainless steel, has a soft touch handle and is dishwasher safe.
