I am sharing my Batter Bowls today for my Monday Favorite Gadget. These are from Pampered Chef and come in a 2 quart (8 cup) and 1 quart (4 cup) sizes. They are so convenient for mixing pancake batter, cakes, cupcakes or anything you need to mix and pour. They have convenient lids for storing, in case you don't use all of your batter and want to save it for the next day. They also come in handy when measuring stock or water for soups, etc. and you need a very large measuring cup. Anchor Hocking makes a 2 quart version with a lid.
