Lynn demonstrates how to make homemade cake flour, that is used in a lot of baked goods. If you can't locate this flour in your grocery store or are out of it, this is a great solution.
Ingredients:
Measure out 1 cup of all purpose flour
Remove 2 Tablespoons of the all purpose flour
Add 2 Tablespoons cornstarch to the remaining flour and sift together
Do this for every cup of cake flour that is required for your particular recipe.
