Strawberry Chocolate Pie

A super delicious pie that you are sure to like if you like chocolate covered strawberries.  You can make your own crust, use a store bought crust or a freezer pie crust. This is really easy and yummy.

Ingredients:

• 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate (I use chocolate chips)
• 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
• 3 Tablespoons honey
• 9 inch pie crust baked according to package directions, make your own, or use a freezer pie crust
• Fresh strawberries - washed, cored and sliced
• Melted semisweet chocolate, for drizzling
• Whipped cream, if desired

Melt 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate and cool.  In a bowl, beat cream cheese until soft and creamy.  Gradually beat in the chocolate and honey.  Spread in pie shell.  Cover and chill 1-2 hours.  Place strawberries on pie.  Drizzle with the melted chocolate and serve with whipped cream.
