A moist, delicious cake that is perfect for the spring. Super fast and easy to make.
Ingredients:
Cake:
Icing:
Mix together cake mix and jello. Add oil and water and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat at a slow speed. Stir in the strawberries. Pour this into a 9 x 13" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray with flour or a pan that has been greased and floured. Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Cool completely.
For the icing, blend sugar, softened butter and reserved strawberry juice with a mixer. Spread over the cooled cake and refrigerate. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
