Super Bowl Fiesta Corn Dip

A great appetizer recipe to use for A Superbowl party or any get together.  This makes a large amount, which is great to take to large parties.

Ingredients:

• 3 cans Mexicorn, drained
• 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 can diced green chilis, drained
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• Dash of cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients together and chill before serving (2-3 hours) for the flavors to meld together.

Serve with Frito scoops or Tostito chips.
