Cannoli Dip

Lynn demonstrates how to make Cannoli Dip.  This is a sweet dip that is great served with Biscoff cookies or whatever cookie you desire.  Also, it is really good as a dip for fruit, such as strawberries.  From


  • 15 ounce Ricotta cheese, strained
  • 8 ounce Mascarpone cheese
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, blend together Ricotta and Mascarpone cheese until smooth.  Fold in powdered sugar.  In a separate mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.  Add half of the whipped cream to Ricotta mixture and fold until combined, then add the remaining half and fold until combined.  Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 1-2 Tablespoons to garnish.  Serve topped with the remaining chocolate chips.  

Serve with cookies, fruit, or whatever you desire.
