Fresh Peach Ice Cream

Lynn demonstrates how to make a delicious, easy Fresh Peach Ice Cream, perfect for the 4th of July.  This recipe can be used with other fresh fruits, such as strawberries, mangos, etc.  Only uses 4 ingredients.  A simple and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Half and Half
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup of pureed or mashed peaches -- or the fruit of your choice
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix all of the above ingredients together well.  Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.  Return leftovers to freezer.  If you don't want your ice cream to be the soft serve type, freeze the ice cream in freezer before serving.  

Makes about 1-1/2 quarts.

I used a Cuisinart Pure Indulgence Frozen Yogurt-Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker.
