Lynn demonstrates how to make a very cute and festive Shamrock Pretzel Treat. These would be perfect to serve on St. Patrick’s Day and would be great for a child’s party.
On a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet, place 3 of the Mini Pretzel Twists to form a shamrock. Add the pretzel stick for the stem, (break if it is too long)
Melt the candy melts in the microwave or in a double boiler according to manufacturer’s directions. Place in a piping bag or Ziploc bag. Cut the point and drizzle the chocolate just in the middle to cover every pretzel, or completely fill in. Let cool completely or you can place in the refrigerator to speed up the process. After cool, remove from baking sheet and serve.
